On top of that, 20 hours of development a year are included (5 hours every quarter), for new functionality, user experience improvements or small integrations. You send us a request and we take care of it.

Larger additions, new functionality beyond the development allowance, new integrations with other systems, redesigning a large part of the website or other custom work. We price this separately, as a fixed price or at an hourly rate, and you always get a price or time estimate before work begins.

Yes, it is part of every package. We host the website, handle SSL certificates, backups, security and technical updates, and monitor that the website is up. If something goes wrong, we are the ones who respond — not you.
